For those people that actually know me, they know that I just put up fronts and act like I don't care. (honestly, that last part isn't an act. I don't care hah.)

But lately, I've been all over the place in terms of emotion. I was actually brought to tears tonight by a story about a soldier's dog. The soldier was killed in Iraq, and the dog was adopted. Reading the entire story had me in tears.

And that's not the first time, either. I was brought to tears numerous times while on tumblr, reading Zabuza and Haku quotes, and sad stories in general.

Damn it, it's getting difficult for me. I want to go back to not caring about anyone but me.

On the plus side, an old friend is back in my life, and we've been roleplaying for days. I like it, because she doesn't lose interest, we keep going until the main characters die. Haku usually dies young, it's my own headcanon. He dies in his 40's, so it's not too young. He died at 15 in canon, so my headcanon refuses to let him live past 45. But he usually has a rich, fulfilling life! :3

I have a vague idea for the next one, for when this one is over.

As for real life.....yeah. Not going there. HAHAHA it still sucks and is still crappy. How I manage is beyond me. Lots of distractions, usually. My friend is going to try to get me all of the Sims 2 expansion packs for my birthday, too. So I'm excited for that. I told her it has to be in DVD format, because my laptop won't play cd-rom games, it has to be dvd. So lame. I had to go out and buy a new game because of it. So if she does that, I'll have something to do while I don't have internet in Mississippi.

Gonna try to talk mom into getting internet for us as soon as possible. I get so bored without it. She also said we'll get to go to Disney World in Orlando. Excited about that, I've only ever been to Disneyland. And even then, I didn't get to enjoy it because the people we went with kept fighting and complaining. I was only 8, too, so there was another factor. I don't remember much of it. I remember the Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean and Indiana Jones rides, but that's it.

My mom and sister recently went, which made me mad because mom always got to go to theme parks with my sister and her friends, and I really wanted to go. Mom doesn't even like Disney. Oh, well.

My mom also gave me a DVD set that was my dad's. Never been opened, The Beatles.

My neighbor's cat also had her kittens a few days ago. Five babies, and we keep mama and babies inside our house, out of the cold and rain. It's been raining a lot lately.
